The program requires that DeKalb County employees commit to a full month of (8-9 classes, 2 times per week) at a set time in the evening. The Program starts on the 5th of each month, and runs for 4 weeks. The program offers an intense, challenge by choice bootcamp while at the same time generating camaraderie between Enlistees as they watch incredible body changes. Employess who are not program members are invited to walk-in the classes for a $20 dollar fee.

Personal training sessions cost $60-$100 each. Twelve sessions could cost between $600-$1,200.
DeKalb County Wellness Program provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment.
You get the best of both worlds, at a fraction of the cost. For the cost of 1 personal training session ($100) you get (8-9) camp sessions.
