March 2009 Fit 4 U Athletics is an awesome program! I particularly enjoyed the diversity of the workouts! Though the trainers all had different techniques, they all had the same goal--- helping the client to obtain a healthier body! What I appreciated most about the program was the assistance it gave me with my diet! I found that I was eating much too much food! I learned that eating smaller portion sizes more frequently was best! It was nice to work out with my colleagues! It allowed us to get to know each other on a different level, as well as to motivate one another, to keep each other focused. December 2008 I am so grateful to Ernest Ross and Fit 4 You Athletics. I have enjoyed working out (I usually do not realize just how much I enjoy it until after the session is over). Ernest and the other trainers make it fun and gratifying, while maintaining an intense focus on the workout. I have seen great results since I have been involved in the program. January 2009 The Dekalb County Wellness Program, facilitated by Fit4You Athletic Training, has been outstanding! I've thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of the fantastic workouts that are offered twice a week at my school. I, sometimes, get an opportunity to attend other schools' workouts as well. I look forward to each and every workout because of the diversity in workout programs that are offered. Each trainer brings his or her unique fitness style to the workouts. Each trainer is also very encouraging and motivating, regardless of individuals fitness levels. I feel the benefits of being a part of the Wellness Program for the past 3 months. My energy level is at an all-time high. My ability to endure tasks and keenly focus has heightened as well. Additionally, I have no problems sleeping at night, especially on days when I workout. I'm even noticing positive changes in my eating routine, which has led to positive changes in my physical body. What more can one ask for from a program. In conclusion, I recommend that all employees of the Dekalb County School System avail themselves of this fantastic program. Indeed, a teacher in good health will pay dividends not just out of the classroom, but, in the classroom as well with his/her students. November 2008 I have thoroughly enjoyed Boot Camp with Ernest Ross and his Fit 4 You Athletic trainers. They creatively challenge me with different full body routines. From the beginning of class to the very end Ernest motivates and challenges me to work hard. Ernest always switches up the routines and workouts. They make all of the sessions fun and interesting. Through this boot camp I have participated in aerobics, yoga and weight training. I look forward to my Tuesday/Thursday sessions because they are fun and de-stress my day/week. May 7, 2008 I have lost over 20 pounds, but more importantly, my level of fitness has increased to the point where my body is reshaped. I have muscle tone that is visible and strength unlike I have ever had before. Ernest concerns himself with the entire body, so his routine includes a diet tailored to you as well as supervised workout sessions 2-3 times a week. He also checks in by phone or email to see how you are feeling and to confirm appointments. On top of excellent fitness training, Ernest provides the motivation to push your self hard. I have done some kind of exercise my entire adult life, but with Ernest designing my workout and providing encouragement, I am seeing amazing results. Sincerely, |
