Fit4You Athletic Training offers programs for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, gender, skill level, or athletic or fitness goals. Our programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as adults and teams. Training in small groups ensures maximum one-on-one attention.

Youth Program

The Youth program is designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment.  These are vital in establishing a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of participating in sports. 

This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.   We provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless.

Professional Athletes

Fit4You’s programs for professional and elite athletes are designed to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitations of elite athletic performance.  Due to timelines to reach goal our programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement. Exceeding  expectations are a must And that’s what we deliver.

Our Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sport teams. Training sessions are typically conducted at the team's training facility and focus primarily on linear speed and multi-directional skill development.
